These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "User," "you") and 2x ("we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of our digital gaming marketplace platform. By accessing, registering, or making any purchase on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the 2x website, mobile applications, and all related digital services.

"Digital Products" means electronically delivered goods including game codes, activation keys, in-game currencies, virtual items, subscription services, and digital gift cards.

"Account" refers to the registered user profile created to access our services.

"Content" includes all text, images, data, and materials available on the Platform.

"Services" encompasses all features, functionalities, and products provided through the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information provided is accurate, current, and complete

  • You will maintain and update your information to keep it accurate

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

3. Use of Services

Permitted Use
You may use our Platform solely for lawful purposes and personal, non-commercial use. Digital Products purchased are licensed for individual use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred except where explicitly permitted by the product's terms.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the Platform

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment manipulation

  • Violate intellectual property rights of 2x or third parties

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality

  • Use the Platform for money laundering or other illegal activities

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or circumvent restrictions

4. Product Information and Pricing

Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information is accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without prior notice.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in applicable currencies and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed and paid.

Regional Restrictions
Digital Products may be subject to geographical or platform-specific restrictions imposed by publishers. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility and regional availability before purchase.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Processing
All transactions are processed through certified third-party payment processors compliant with PCI DSS standards. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

Payment Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount displayed at checkout. Payment authorization constitutes acceptance of the purchase and these Terms.

Payment Verification
We reserve the right to verify payment information and may delay delivery pending verification to prevent fraud. Orders may be cancelled if verification fails or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Currency Conversion
If your payment is processed in a currency different from your card's native currency, your financial institution's exchange rate and foreign transaction fees may apply.

6. Order Processing and Delivery

Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment authorization, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute product delivery.

Delivery
Digital Products are typically delivered electronically to your registered email address within minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Payment verification requirements

  • System maintenance or technical issues

  • Third-party provider delays beyond our control

Delivery Failure
If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, contact our support team with your order reference number. Check spam/junk folders before reporting non-delivery.

Product Activation
Each Digital Product includes specific redemption instructions for the applicable platform (Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live, etc.). Follow instructions carefully. We are not responsible for activation errors caused by user mistakes.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Nature
Digital Products are non-refundable once codes are revealed or delivered, as they can be immediately redeemed and cannot be returned in their original condition.

Exceptions for Defective Products
Refunds or replacements will be issued for:

  • Codes that are invalid, expired, or already redeemed at time of delivery

  • Products delivered for incorrect platform or region when error was on our part

  • Duplicate charges for the same transaction

  • Products fundamentally different from description

Refund Procedure
To request a refund:

  1. Submit a support ticket within 48 hours of purchase

  2. Provide order number, detailed problem description, and supporting evidence

  3. Do not attempt to redeem the code if claiming it's defective

  4. Allow 2-5 business days for investigation

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal
In jurisdictions where consumers have statutory withdrawal rights for digital content, you acknowledge that by purchasing and receiving immediate delivery, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All Platform content, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, are owned by 2x or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Digital Products sold remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers and are licensed to you under their terms of use.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations where applicable.

Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and regular audits. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Marketing Communications
By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through account settings or unsubscribe links.

10. Limitation of Liability

Service Availability
We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, maintenance, or technical failures.

Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is less.

Exclusion of Damages
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Products
Once Digital Products are successfully delivered and activated, functionality and performance are the responsibility of the product publisher or platform provider. We are not liable for in-game issues, account suspensions, or publisher policy changes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 2x, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform or Digital Products

  • Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws

  • Unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain security

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

  • Email notification to registered users

  • Platform notification upon next login

  • Updated "Last Modified" date at the top of this document

Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. If you do not agree to changes, discontinue use immediately.

13. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform or Services

  • Change product availability, pricing, or features without notice

  • Terminate or suspend user accounts for Terms violations

  • Cease operations partially or entirely with reasonable notice where feasible

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

14. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through our support channels. Contact us with detailed concerns, and we will respond within 48 hours.

Arbitration Agreement
